DuetScore respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly remove or disable access to any material hosted on our servers that is claimed to be infringing.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded or shared on DuetScore without authorization, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent at [email protected] with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific Room Code or URL where it is located.

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Repeat Infringer Policy: It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

DuetScore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of our application.
